Fees for consulting services are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are communicated prior to the commencement of any engagement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and settlement timelines, will be set out in each engagement's scope of work. Late payments may incur interest as permitted under Hong Kong law. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is significantly overdue.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Each consulting engagement is governed by a scope of work document that defines deliverables, timelines, and investment. Changes to the scope require mutual written agreement. We commit to delivering the agreed outputs within the stated timeframe, subject to timely provision of required information by the client. Confidentiality provisions apply to all engagement-related data and are binding on both parties.

Our consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. While we apply professional diligence and structured analysis, we do not warrant that any specific commercial outcomes will result from our recommendations. Orbyn's work constitutes professional opinion, not a substitute for legal, financial, or accounting advice. 9. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice, subject to the terms of the applicable scope of work. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, any deliverables completed up to that point shall be delivered subject to proportional payment.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
